Creating Community with Waves of Gratitude

A meditation movement in response to COVID-19

There was a time before the virus, and there will be a time after. During this in-between period of uncertainty, our hope is to mobilize a movement for our community — to reclaim agency and freedom within.

With that intention, we launched Waves of Gratitude, a meditation movement around the world that asked — what are you most grateful for?

In this moment of reclamation, we received an outpouring of responses from all corners of the world.

For us, this movement is an opportunity to create the story that elevates our collective vibration. Let us transcend the narrative of isolation with the narrative of shared humanity inspired by the wonderful work of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s ‘constructive interference.’

Studies show that when we bring out our higher emotional states — think love and gratitude — our heart waves literally expand and project 9 feet beyond our physical form. As a thought experiment, imagine two or more waves coming together in higher emotional states to generate a waveform far greater than the sum of its parts. Broadcasting waves of gratitude in place of waves of fear — spreading exponential gratitude and constructive coherence all across the globe.

PS: If you are a yoga and meditation teacher, seeker, or organizer of anything conscious to corporate, we welcome you to our beachfront eco-conscious retreat venue. Our center features a wooden yoga shala, natural bungalows and organic restaurant. Can’t wait to host your dream retreat with us.
