Open Your Practice at Ocean Experience

Our community contribution during COVID-19

Since the start of COVID and social distancing, we saw a great opportunity. Why not open our beautiful seaside shala to teachers, practitioners and passionate facilitators to share what they love most with the people that need it most?

It’s simple. In these confined times, we want to create space for our community. Absolutely for free.

From there, a new offering was born. We opened our shala (plus quality props and audio equipment) to roughly 25 amazing teachers who have inspired audiences far and wide across different styles of yoga, meditation, and the essentials of Ayurveda (while upholding all covid safety/hygiene protocols of course). Some lovely words by three of them:

“Ocean experience is a sanctuary of bliss. Incredible people, food, location, service and the magic of nature all rolled into one heavenly experience. The weight of the world dissolves at its doorstep and you feel free.”

— Danielle C, Yoga Teacher

“I enjoyed the lovely ocean breeze in the ocean shala. It is the perfect place to immerse your senses in the sounds and colours of the jungle and rest in the quietness of your inside world.”

— Chrissy E, Meditation Teacher

Each week, we post the offerings on our Instagram, so you can keep your body, mind and spirit energized and harmonized.

PS: If you are a yoga and meditation teacher, seeker, or organizer of anything conscious to corporate, we welcome you to our beachfront eco-conscious retreat venue. Our center features a wooden yoga shala, natural bungalows and organic restaurant. Can’t wait to host your dream retreat with us.
